 How to Apply
1. Application Fee for FIRA RoboWorld Cup 2009
Please note that you must be pre-registered to take part in FIRA RoboWorld Cup 2009.
Application fee : 250 USD per team
Payment can be made on the spot by cash or credit cards
2. Exemption of the Fee
If your team member have submitted paper or registered for FIRA RoboWorld Congress 2009, your don’t have to pay the application for the FIRA RoboWorld Cup 2009.
Please select the box next to the member’s name who have registered for FIRA Congress 2009 for us to verify them.
3. Team Information
Please introduce your team to FIRA Community and the audiences.
If you add in a short description of your team, upload teams logo, picture or anything that you can introduce your team, we will have it on the program book.
4. Performances
FIRA RoboWorld Cup 2009 organizing committee is planning to show the participants and the audiences of FIRA 2009 various performances of the robots.
If your team wish to present any performances (eg. Robot dancing, MiroSot Perade etc) please add in short description when you fill in the registration form.
5.Support of board and lodging
FIRA RoboWorld Cup Organizer will provide the student teams with board and lodging in the period of August 15 to 21, 2009 (6 nights and 7 days). For the team accommodation, we will arrange dormitories inside Inha University campus. The dormitory has two types of rooms; for 4 persons and for 2 persons. (First comes first served.) Breakfast and dinner will be offered, but lunch.
We need to confirm the reservation for FIRA participants by 20th June 2009. So please register your team soon to reserve the rooms. If you have any questions regarding the accommodation please send an email to Christine@fira.net
